Mobile Data Gathering System: CTI currently supports for the largest dialysis care operator in the world a PDA system based on Palm Pilot that documents treatments provided by technicians. The information gathered is synchronized to a central server and the data is used by the billing department for invoicing the hospitals and by the payroll department to pay employees based on hours worked, treatments performed, and miles traveled. Area coordinators have a deeper visibility into day to day operations and management has instant access to reports.
